Planter's Cocktail. 1 !J Rum; 1/J Orange Juice, 1/J Lemon Juice. Pl~~a Cocktail. 1 13 Gin , 1/J ltalia11. Vermoutb, 1/J Frencb Vermoutb, 1 cbunk fresb Pineapple. . Shake well and strain into cocktail glass with a small chunk pineapple.
Polo Cocktail. 1/ 6 Grape Fruit -Juice, 1/6 Orange Juice, 2/J Gin. P~rto Flip. 1 yolk of a Fresh Egg, 1 teaspoonful · of ·sugar, 1 glass of Port Wine. · Shake w:ell and strain into small wineglass, ·and grate nut– meg on top. Port Wine Cocktail. 1 dash of Angostura, 1 dash of Orange Bitters, 2 dashes of Cura~ao, 1 glass Port Wine. Stir well in mixing glass and strain into cocktail glass. Port Wine Cobbler. Half fill a tumbler with shaved Ice, add 1 glass of Port Wine, 1/ 2 glass of Cura~ao, 1/2 glass of Maraschino, 1 tea- spoonful of Sugar. · Fill balance with ·syphon and stir well , tben decorate the top with fruits in season.
