I part Old Tom Gin 1 part French Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters per cocktail Squeeze a piece oflemon peel on top and serve with an olive.
MARTINI
2 parts Dry Gin 1 part Italian Vermouth 3 dashes Angostura Bitters pej: cocktail Squeeze a piece oflemon peel on top and serve with an olive. If required dry, substitute French for Italian Vermouth. If required medium,, use equal parts Dry Gin,French Vermouthand Italian Vermouth.
