WET DRINKS . . . for . . . DRY PEOPLE

4 ounce

SIDE CAR

1 ounce Cointreau. 1 ounce brandy. 1 teaspoon lemon juice.

Shake well with ice to dilute. Pour into a glass the edge of which has been moistened with lemon juice and dipped in pow dered sugar. # (A peach of a drink if you are fortunate enough to have an accommodating cellar 1)

8 ounce

SILVER FIZZ

\y2 ounces of gin. 1 teaspoon sugar.

Juice of 3^ lemon. White of one egg.

Shake these four together with out ice, then add ice and seltzer to fill. Stir just enough to mix well.
