Brace Up Saratoga (Use large bar glass)
1 table-spoonful of fine white sugar. 2 or 3 dashes of Angostura bitters. 3 or 4 dashes of lime juice. 2 deishes of Absinthe. 1 fresh egg. 1 wine-glass of brandy. 2 small lumps of ice. Shake thoroughly, strain into another glass, and fill with seltzer water.
Couperee (Use large soda glass)
Take 1% pony-glass of brandy. 1 pony-glass Curacoa (red). Fill the glass one-third full of ice cream.
Mix thoroughly, and fill the glass nearly full with plain soda. Grate a little nutmeg on top, and serve.
Crimean Cup a La Marmora (Use a bowl for mixing)
1 pint of Orgeat syrup. % pint of Cognac.
% pint of Maraschino. ^ pint JamEilca rum. 1 bottle champagne 1 bottle of soda. S ounces of sugar. 2 lemons and 2 oranges, cut in slices. And a few slices of pineaple. Stir up well with ladle, then place it into your dish filled with ice, and serve.
