211. Gin and Tansy (Use wine-glass)
Fill a quart decanter % full of tansy, and pour in gin to fill the balance % tansy to % gin. Serve to customers in a wine-glass. ~ 1 •\4,. 212. Gin and Wormwood (Use small bar glass) Put three or four sprigs of wormwood into a quart decanter, and fill with gin.
213. Scotch Whiskey Skin (Use small bar g lass)
wine-glass of Scotch whiskey. I piece of lemon peel. Fill the tumbler one-half full with boiling water.
214. Columbia Skin ( Use small bar glass) This is a Boston drink, and is made the same as whiskey skin. 215. Hot Spiced Rum ( Use small bar glass) 2 teaspoonfuls of sugar. 1 wine-glass of Jamaica rum. 1 teaspoon of mixed spices, (allspice and cloves). 1 piece of butter as large as haH of a chestnut. Fill tumbler with hot water.
216. Hot Rum (Use small bar glass)
This drink is made the same as the hot spiced rum omitting the spices, and grating a little nutmeg on top. 62
