PLAIN LEMONADE

2 teaspoonfuls of sugar Juice of one lemon Yz glass of ice Shake well and fill glass with water, strain, trim with fruits in season. Serve with straws.

SELTZER LEMONADE {Use large glass)

2 tablespoonfuls of sugar Juice of 2 lemons 4 or 5 small lumps of broken ice Fill up the glass with siphon seltzer. Stir up well with a spoon and serve. 2 teaspoonfuls of sugar Juice of one lemon I lump of ice I botde of club or lemon soda Ornament with fruits in season and serve with straws. SODA LEMONADE

WHISKY LEMONADE

Plain lemonade Float 100% whisky on top. Fruit.
