I teaspoonful of sugar Juice of half a lemon Juice of half an orange glass of fine ice Fill glass with burgundy. Dash of Jamaica rum Stir well, dress with fruits in season,and serve with straws. BISSELL SWEEPER {Lemonade glass) Whisky Rickey with a split of imported ginger ale. Fill glass with siphon. BLACK JACK 40% cold coffee 50% brandy 20% kirschwasser Shake well.Rub edge of glass with lemon rind.Dip in sugar. BLACK STRIPE {JJse a whisky glass, with enough Jamaica rum to cover bottom of glass.) I tablespoonful of New Orleans molasses Place spoon in glass, hand rum botde to customer, and allow him to stir and help himself. BLUE BLAZER (Use 2 metal mugs or 2 heavy bar glasses) Yi tablespoonful of sugar, dissolved in a little water 100% Scotch or rye whisky Set the liquid on fire, and while blazing pour three or four times from one glass to the other. This will look like a stream of fire. Twist a piece of lemon peel on top, with a little grated nutmeg.
