100% dry gin 10 dashes grenadine White of one egg I sprig of mint Fill glass with cracked ice,shake well, strain into champagne glass, and serve.

COFFEE KIRSCH (Use wine glass)

Yz spoonful of sugar I pony kirschwasser 50% cold black coffee I dash of brandy Fill glass with fine shaved ice. Frappez,strain into wineglass, and serve. (An after-dinner drink.)

COGNAC A LA RUSSE

I pony of cognac I slice of lemon. Place on top of glass. Ys cup of sugar on top

COOPERSTOWN

50% 25% dry vermouth

25% regular vermouth One sprig of fresh mint Fill glass with ice, shake,and strain.

CREME DE MENTHE ON ICE

Fill a cocktail glass with fine ice. Fill up with creme de menthe. Serve with straws.
