ST. JOHN COCKTAIL

Martini Cocktail made of Tom gin.

ST. PETER COCKTAIL

100% dry gin I dash lime juice 1 dash syrup Shake.

SALOME COCKTAIL

25% regular vermouth 25% dry vermouth 50% gin 2 dashes orange bitters Frappez, with three celery leaves.

SARATOGA COCKTAIL

3 dashes pineapple syrup 2 dashes angostura bitters 40% regular vermouth 50% brandy 10% rye whisky Fill glass with cracked ice. Stir, strain into cocktail glass, and

serve.

SAVOY TANGO COCKTAIL

50% gin 50% applejack Shake well, and strain into cocktail glass.

SCHEUER COCKTAIL (Serve in cocktail glass)

50% Dubonnet 50% regular vermouth Cracked ice Stir and strain. Serve.
