1 dash Plain Soda to fill Stir well with ice in highball glass. Add plain soda to fill and serve with cut straws.
PEACH BLOW
Gin
1 jigger Grenadine
2 spoons 1 spoon
Lemon
2 spoons Cream
Seltzer to fill Shake well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add lump of ice, seltzer to fill and serve vnth straws.
PHILADELPHIAN
Applejack
1 jigger Port Wine 2 spoons Ginger Ale
1 jigger
Orange to fill Shake well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add ginger ale to fill and serve. PICK-ME-UP Brandy 1 jigger Curacoa .3 dashes Absinthe 1 dash Orange 1 spoon Champagne to fill Shake brandy, curacoa and orange well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add cracked ice. Champagne to fill, stir gently, dash absinthe over and serve with straws.
