Seltzer to till Shake well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add lump of ice, twisted lemon peel, seltzer to fill and serve.

Creme de Cassis...1 jigger Kirschwasser

Fr. Vermouth 1 jigger Creme de Cassis . jigger Seltzer to fill Stir well with ice in highball glass, add seltzer to fill and serve with straws.
PORT LIGHT Rose Menthe ....Ij^ jiggers Seltzer
to fill Stir well with ice in highball glass, add seltzer to fill and serve with straws. (N. B.; Creme de rose may be substituted for rose menthe.)
