PRINCESS Apricot Brandy ..1 jigger Cream
jigger Stir brandy well, with ice, in highball glass. Float cream over top and serve with cut straws.
RASPBERRY
Gin
1 jigger Raspberry Syrup.. jigger
Lemon 2 dashes Shake well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add lump of ice, seltzer to fill and serve vyith straws.
RUM BUCK
Rum
1 jigger Sweet-Sour
2 spoons
Anisette to fill Shake well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add lump of ice, seltzer to fill and serve with straws. 1 spoon Seltzer
RUM—SODA
Rum to fiil Stir well with ice in tall highball glass, add soda to fill and serve with straws. 15^ jiggers Plain Soda
RUM—WHITE ROCK
Rum to fill Stir well with ice in tall highball glass, add White Rock to fill and serve with straws. 1 jigger White Rock
SAN PARIAN Noyeau-Red ....Ij/^ jiggers Bitters
3 dashes
Champagne to fiil Stir well with ice in highball glass, add Champagne to fill, bits of orange over top, and serve with cut straws.
SECRESTAT-CURACOA
Bitter Secrestat....I jigger Curacoa
jigger
Plain Soda to fill Stir well with ice and strain into highball glass. Add lump of ice, soda to fill and serve.
