1 wine glass of Scotch whiskey; Shake up well with a shaker, strain into a medium- size fizz glass, fill the glass with syphon vichy and serve. This drink must be drank as soon as mixed, other wise it will lose its flavor.

MOKNING DAISY. (Use a large bar glass.)

f glass of fine-shaved ice; 3 or 4 dashes of lemon'juice;

^ tablespoonful of sugar; 3 or 4 dashes of absinthe; 1 white of an egg; 1 wine glass of Scotch whiskey; Shake up well with shaker, strain into a medium- size wine glass and serve.

OLIVETTE COCKTAIL. (Use a large bar glass.)

f glass of fine-shaved ice; 1 or 3 dashes of gum ; 3 or 4 dashes of orange bitters; 3 or 4 dashes of absinthe; 1 wine glass of Plymouth gin;

Stir up well with a spoon, strain into cocktail glass, putting in an olive, squeeze a piece of lemon peel on top and serve. TENDERLOIN REVIVER. Peel off the rind of a good-size lemon, the same as you would an apple, place the peel into a large bar glass, as a Tom Collins' glass;
