Satisfaction will spread over his countenance,he will swallow and nod to the waiter to proceed. The wine waiter will then first serve the ladies, pouring from the right, then continue with the gentlemen and finishing up with the host. Should an additional bottle be required, then a clean glass will be presented to the host and the sacred ritual performed once again.
