1/2 Dubonnet. V2 Coñac Fundador. V2 Cucharadita Curacao. Enfríese y cuélese sin batirlo.

OJEN COCKTAIL (Paquito Fernández)

2 Onzas Ojén. 2 Gotas Angostura. Hielo abundante. Batido y co

2 Ounces Ojén. 2 Dashes Angostura. Plenty of Cracked Ice. Shake well and strain; then serve.

1 Oíd Fashion glass full of cracked ice. 1 Complete Lemon Peel squeezed Into glass.

En un vaso de Oíd Fashion lleno de hielo. 1 Cascara entera de limón ex primiéndolo adentro. 1/2 Cucharadita azúcar. 1/2 Cucharadita Curacao. 2 Onzas Whiskey Canadian Club. Agítese violentamente y sírvase sin colarlo adornado con las cas de pina, naranja y guindas.

V2 Teaspoonful Sugar. V2 Teaspoonful Curacao. 2 Ounces Canadian Club n Whiskey.

Shake well. Do not strain. Serve in glass garnished with slices of pineapple, orange and cherries.
