3 oz. orange juice 2 oz. lemon juice 6 oz. Scotch whisl-y 1 tsp. honey 1 dash Angostura bitters

Frappe until frozen cold in a Waring mixer and serve with a piece of preserved ginger on a stick. This, says Mr. Bellamy in a tri– umph of understatement, is a drink for lazy Sunday afternoons and requires no super– selling.

Remsen Cooler:

2 oz. gin I cube ice peel rind of lemon in spiral form I split soda Serve in tall glass and stir.

A.mericfZ'! Beauty:

3 dashes white creme de menthe 1h oz. orange juice

1h oz. grenadiite syrup 1h oz. French vermouth % oz. brandy Shake, top with port wine and serve in 4 oz. wine glass.
