I% oz. dry sherry I oz. sweet vermouth twist of lemon peel Stir and serve in 3 oz. cocktail. glass. I% oz. applejack % oz. apricot brandy juice of half lemon Shake and serve in 3 oz. cocktail glass. 2 oz. absinthe Vi oz. ydlow chartreuse % oz. water Stir and serve in 4 oz. wine glass. 2 oz. gin 2 dashes dubonnet 2 dashes curagao 2 dashes Fernet Branca Squeeze lemon peel on top. Shake and serve in 4 oz. wine glass.
