1 Lôffel Zucker, 1 frisches Ei, Sodawasser.

Saft einer halben Zitrone, Saft einer halben Limone, etwas Zucker, 1 Spritzer Old Tom Gin, 2 Spritzer H im beersirup , 1 kleines Glas Sahne, Selterswasser.

WHISKY-FIZZ

V 2 EBloffel Zucker, 2— 3 Spritzer Z itronensaft. 1 W einglas W hisky, Selters- oder Vichywasser.

Saft einer halben Zitrone, Saft einer halben Orange, etwas k laren Zucker, 2 Spritzer russischen Kümmel. 2 Spritzer M araschino, 1% Glas Absinth, Selters­ wasser.
