FANCY GIN SMASH This is the same as the above except that the wine glass is filled with ice and a sprig of mint is an added decoration. Serve with a straw and a spoon.

GIN SMASH Dissolve a small spoonful of castor sugar in some water in the shaker. Then bruise some fresh mint into the liquid until it is flavoured. Do not leave the mint in the liquid. Fill the shaker with ice and add a Sherry glass of Gin. Shake and strain into a wine glass and decorate with fruit. Serve with a spoon.
