Punch, Roman. Use medium size bar glass.

I ce, fin e ; fill u p glass. Sugar, 1 b arspoonf ul. L emon, juice of 1. Syrup, r aspberry, 1 t easpoonf ul. Cura coa, 1 t easpoonf ul. Cogn ac, 1 jigger. Stir well; str ain in to pun ch glas. ,

A CASE OF WHINE

Punch, Sauterne. Prepare in the same manner as f or Claret Punch, substitut ing Sautei:ne for Clar et. Punch, Sherry Wine. Use large bar glass. Ice, shaved; fill up glass.

Sherry, 2 win eglasses. Sugar, 2 teaspoonfuls. Lemon juice, 3 clashes.

Stir ; dress with fruit ; top off with a little claret and serve with a straw.
