Liqueur d'Or (French Liqueur.) Pale golden in coloiur vdth flakes of gold leaf. Flavoured with lemon rind and orange.

(French Aperitif Wine.) Pale yellow in colour. Quinine flavoured with a basis of white wine fortified with brandy. (Madeira Wine.) A fordfied wine made from the grapes grown on the Island. Matured in casks, stored in hot rooms for a few months.

Marc

(Dalmatian Liqueur.) Colourless, made from the fermented juice of the marasca cherry and flavoured with the broken kernels themselves. Very sweet.

(Australian Liqueur.) Orange flavour and colour similar to Grand Marnier.
