Non-alcoholic, thick,colourless syrup with the flavour ofalmonds.
Orange Bitters Popular bitters for cocktails, etc. Golden in colour, made from the bitter peel of special oranges. Parfait Amour (French liqueur.) Very sweet and violet in colour,highly scented with astrong flavour of vanilla and violets. Pasteurization Name given to heating the wine or bever age to a degree that is sufficient to destroy any germs and at the same time it will stop anyfermentation.
Peach Bitters Bitters made from an extract of peach kernels.
Peach Brandy (French Liqueur.)Tawnygoldenin colour, with the flavour of peaches and fortified with brandy.
