% oz. orange juice dash of lemon juice Shake well and strain. Serve in 3 oz. cgcktail glass.

Mr. New Yorker:

I% oz. French vermouth % oz. gin

% oz. dry sherry dash of cointreau Stir 'and strain. Serve in 3 oz. cocktail glass.

Queens Taste Cocktail: % o-z. French vermouth %-oz. gin

few leaves of fresh crushed mint Stir and strain. Serve in chilled 3 oz. cock– tail glass.

Orchid Cocktail:

dash creme Yvette white of one egg 2 oz. gin

Serve in chilled 4 oz. wine glass. Shake hard and strain. Use onlr a dash of creme Yvette. It will produce a delightful violet ffovor, with a coloring as nice as an orchid flower. dash of triple sec dash of lime juice dash cream 1% oz. gin Shake and strain. Serve in 3 oz. cocktail glass.
